AWARD CEREMONY & CONFERENCE: Discover the winners of the Health for Caregivers Award, led by the Fondation des Hôpitaux and the MNH Foundation, and participate in discussions on implementing projects by and for caregivers. In light of the challenges faced by healthcare professionals and the impact of their daily lives on their well-being, the MNH Foundation and the Fondation des Hôpitaux created the *Health for Caregivers Award* to recognize: - A caregiver whose exemplary commitment, within or outside a healthcare or social care institution, has contributed to improving the health of their peers; - An innovative project by a team from a healthcare or social care institution aimed at enhancing the health of caregivers. Come and discover the two winners and the initiatives they have implemented! Accompanied by field experts and institutional stakeholders, the winners will share insights on "How to successfully lead a project on caregiver health as a caregiver?" Caregivers face daily challenges that affect their health and witness the struggles of their peers. While some conceive relevant solutions to alleviate these issues, the realities of the field often hinder their development and implementation. How can you ensure an idea is feasible? Where should you start? Which stakeholders should you involve? Speakers will discuss the conditions needed to implement tangible initiatives that improve caregiver health.
