Caring, together

PEOPLE 4 HEALTHCaring, together

"Caring, together" is the guiding principle of the 2026 edition of People 4 Health. Because the challenges of the healthcare system can only be met by uniting the forces of its entire ecosystem, it is essential to orient policies and practices around Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC), human resources, and the professional fulfillment of healthcare professionals. The logic is simple: by taking care of oneself and one's teams, one takes better care of others. This conviction guides the entire program and discussions offered at the exhibition. Conferences and workshops will explore key themes: Quality of life at work, Human resources and attractiveness of professions, Training and professional development, Managerial innovation, Physical and mental health of caregivers. By bringing together decision-makers, caregivers, trainers, managers, and innovators, People 4 Health aims to be a catalyst for ideas and solutions to build, together, a more human, sustainable, and fulfilling work environment.

Caregivers' Health Space

Prevention & Health Promotion

Prevention and health promotion are at the heart of this space, providing caregivers with accessible and immediate information on how to take care of their own health using relevant tools such as screening tests, health assessments, or individual consultations. This service offering emphasizes a key concept: a healthy healthcare professional is a healthcare professional who provides better care.

Partners & Supporters

There is collective commitment to this issue: regional health agencies, mutual insurance companies, professional associations, federations, and organizations... Numerous partners and supporters work daily to defend and invest in the health of healthcare professionals. Whether through grassroots actions that facilitate access to their services or by developing broader campaigns, these partners are essential pillars in addressing these challenges.

Mental health

Although often taboo, mental health is a real issue when discussing the well-being of healthcare professionals. Burnout, emotional strain, stress… Many of these harmful situations exist but can be prevented, supported, and restored with the help of mental health experts whom we invite you to meet in this space. Take advantage of personalized advice, attend practical workshops, and implement best practices to improve your mental health and well-being.

Physical health

A healthy mind in a healthy body! This is why physical health must not be separated from mental health, especially since caregivers also suffer from many ailments such as musculoskeletal disorders or chronic pain. Partners are brought together to highlight innovative solutions that meet the practical demands and requirements of healthcare professions, offering advice on better posture management, injury prevention, and maintaining optimal physical fitness.
