- Professional data: employer’s business name, business postal address, type of organization, sector of activity, job title, department, involvement in purchasing decisions, event participation objectives, and any data requested in the registration form;
- Event-related data: date and time of participation, information collected when scanning visitor badges by the organizer or exhibitors, notably at stands, event zones, or speaker areas;
- Feedback and contributions regarding the event.
- Management and follow-up of the visitor relationship during the event (legal basis: pre-contractual or contractual performance - Terms of Use);
- Business prospecting between professionals, personalized communications on professional activity or profile via newsletters, satisfaction surveys (legal basis: legitimate interest);
- Fraud prevention or network and information security (legal basis: legitimate interest);
- Statistical analysis and improvement of event services (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Photo and Video Use
QUINZE MAI may capture your image and/or voice on photo, audio, or video media during the event. These recordings may be used and published, including on social networks, according to our legitimate interest. If you do not wish to appear, you can turn off your camera for online events, stay at the back of the room, avoid group photos, or inform the photographer/cameraman not to take your picture at in-person events. In case of distribution, you can oppose it at any time under the rights outlined in this Notice, and QUINZE MAI will remove or blur the photo.
WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR QUINZE MAI'S COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA?
- The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (acceptance of the Terms of Use to access the event; client relationship management);
- The processing is based on our legitimate interests (prospecting, fraud prevention, network and information security, statistical analysis).
