In a context where the primary resource of the healthcare system—its people—is under significant strain, the People 4 Health Salon positions itself as a must-attend event to rethink and support healthcare professionals. Gauthier Martinez, Director of Health Partnerships at MNH, along with the Quinze Mai teams who conceived the event, coordinate the Scientific Committee for this inaugural edition. They aim to create a dedicated space for sharing innovations and practical solutions to improve the quality of life and working conditions of caregivers and to enhance their retention.

People 4 Health is the first exhibition in France exclusively dedicated to health, quality of life and working conditions (QLWC), and the retention of healthcare professionals, whether from public, private, or independent sectors. The event will feature dedicated spaces focusing on human resources management, innovation, and caregiver well-being, highlighting initiatives and best practices to improve the daily lives of professionals and safeguard their health and workplace well-being. More broadly, this Salon is a meeting and sharing platform for all stakeholders in the healthcare system, including professionals, decision-makers, and entrepreneurs. We aim to create an environment conducive to collaboration, where participants can discover the best tools and innovations to support healthcare workers, foster professional fulfillment, and, ultimately, enhance the quality of care delivered. 

 The current context naturally leads us to focus on a critical theme for the healthcare system: "Being and Remaining a Healthcare Professional." For the Scientific Committee, which I coordinate alongside the Quinze Mai teams, choosing this topic was far from trivial at a time when our healthcare system is suffering due to the strain on its most critical resource: its people. "Who will care for us tomorrow?" This was the question we asked ourselves. The field is undeniably a source of inspiration because, yes, positive changes are happening, and some stakeholders are rising brilliantly to the challenge. However, today, fostering a desire to remain in the healthcare profession requires strengthening collective, multidisciplinary, and multi-professional engagement. We chose to invest alongside these healthcare actors because no effort is too small when it comes to improving the daily lives of those who care for us. This is our conviction. 

People 4 Health addresses the need to provide concrete solutions to a fundamental sector of our society—healthcare. Everyone will find value in attending because everyone is connected to it.
